Anniversary year for veterinary nursing event

This year is the 40th annual congress of the British Veterinary Nursing Association (BVNA).

Running from Friday, October 11 through to Sunday, October 13, the three-day event is aimed at all levels of veterinary nursing staff with a tiered lecture stream and scientific programme.

Students, equine nurses, veterinary managers and administrators, qualified VNs, clinical coaches and educators alike will benefit from the congress's 80 plus lectures and practical interactive workshops.

The exhibition hall will enable delegates the chance to speak to veterinary companies and find out about the latest innovative products and services.

In addition, the congress social programme includes a Casino Royale fundraising evening in aid of the BVNA's charity of the year, The Horse Trust, as well as a 007 party night.

The ever-growing CPD and networking event is the only veterinary nursing congress throughout Europe, and this year it will be a celebration of 40 successful years.
