Programme announced for London Vet Show
BVA Congress, plus all new farm and equine streams

London Vet Show's full programme has been announced for this year, including brand new farm and equine clinical streams as called for by members of the British Veterinary Association (BVA).

Part of the show's contentious issues programme, the streams have been constructed by the BVA's continuing professional development (CPD) group.

The sessions are aimed at both mixed practitioners and new graduates and will cover a broad range of topics, including the beginner's guide to the goat, an introduction to geriatric farm medicine and performing a new foal check.

Held on November 21 and 22 at London Olympia, this year's show will also play host to the BVA Congress for the first time.

By combining the two events, the association feels debate will be widened on the hottest topics facing the veterinary profession today.

Other key issues to be covered by expert speakers within the full CPD programme include "Getting clients to behave", "How many vets do we need?" and "Exotic pets: is there a problem?".

Furthermore, the successful BVA Careers Fair will also return for another year.

Click here to view the full programme and to book a place. BVA members will receive a 15 per cent discount if they provide their membership number and quote the offer code "BVA11".
