Registration opens for BEVA Congress 2013
Discounts for those who sign up before August 5

Registration is now open for this year's British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA) Congress, held from Wednesday, September 11 for four days.

Those who register before August 5 will be able to get tickets to the event, held at Manchester's Central Convention Centre, at a discounted price.

Dubbed the largest equine veterinary conference in Europe, the congress will host a continuing professional development programme (CPD) that combines science and innovation with day-to-day practical themes.

Those involved in the event include renowned veterinary surgeons Rich Redding and Paddy Dixon, as well as the current president of the American Association of Equine Practitioners, Ann Dwyer.

Subchrondal bone pain, the management of adnexal squamous cell carcinoma and the evolution of the horse and quoin dentistry are just some of the topics covered in the programme.

There will also be a debate on whether advanced diagnostics and treatments should only be undertaken by formally trained and recognised specialists.

For a chance to play back missed lectures, there will be an Encore Room to help delegates manage their lecture attendance more effectively.
