SPVS/VPMA joint congress registration opens
Register now for 2013 Congress!

The Veterinary Practice Managers Association and the Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons are hosting a joint congress next year and have opened registration for the event.

The event will take place at the Heythrop Park golf and leisure resort near Oxford from 24-26 January 2013 and is aimed at those interested in practice management and ownership. Lecture streams will include personal development, staff performance and management and practice health and finance, with speakers including business psychologist Helen Frewin and veterinary consultant Karen Felsted. 


Maria Barratt, VPMA secretary, said: “This is your congress – with an exciting two-day programme of in-depth CPD for everyone with a management interest in practice.”

She added: “Don’t miss this opportunity to bring along your whole team – there is something for everyone in the agenda. Lectures will be identified as ‘refresher’ or ‘advanced’ so whether you’re new to management or a seasoned veteran, you’ll find something here.”

Full CPD registration costs £253.50 for VPMA/SPVS members and £379.50 for non-members, with discounted prices for students and new graduates, as well as discounts for practice registrations.
