Dogs Trust takes patriotic pawtraits to mark Jubilee
Dogs from the charity's rehoming centres posed with bunting and decorations to mark the occasion.
Charity celebrates its Patron's anniversary with pooch party.

Dogs Trust has been celebrating the Queen's Jubilee in style – by throwing a 'paw-ty' for its rescue dogs.

With bunting, cuddles and plenty of royal pawtraits taken of the dogs, the Dogs Trust rehoming centres have been celebrating the Jubilee, and hoping that the dogs' new snaps will attract loving new owners.

The pups enjoyed the fresh air and fun decorations, and patriotic pooches like Taz, Captain Oats, Edith and Winter struck their best poses for the camera, loving the extra attention.

Popular charity Dogs Trust has plenty to celebrate over the Jubilee weekend, as the Queen is its Patron, and has been since 1990.

Well known for her love of dogs, the charity hopes that more people will follow in Queen Elizabeth's footsteps and become dog lovers – giving dogs at the rehoming centres a new chance at life.

Pictures of the patriotic pups can be seen on the Dogs Trust website, along with more information on how to adopt them.
