RCVS extends nomination deadline for honours and awards
Nominations can be made via the online webform, or a nomination form can be downloaded and emailed to l.bishop@rcvs.org.uk
Submissions will remain open until 28 January 2022.

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) has extended the deadline for nominations for the Honours and Awards to the end of January 2022.

Celebrating those in the veterinary and animal welfare community who have gone above-and-beyond the call of duty and made outstanding achievements, the awards are presented at Royal College Day in July 2022.

Anyone within the veterinary community and beyond will now have until 5pm on Friday 28 January to submit a nomination, and can do so using the online webform, available via this link, or downloading a nomination form and emailing the completed version to l.bishop@rcvs.org.uk.

The categories available for nominations are The Queen's Medal, The Veterinary Nursing Golden Jubilee Award, The RCVS International Award, The RCVS Impact Award, The RCVS Inspiration Award, Honorary Associateship, The RCVS Compassion Award and The RCVS Student Community Award. A full description of the criteria for each can be found on the RCVS website.

Winners will be chosen by the RCVS Officer Team and ratified by RCVS Council, and Veterinary Nurses Council when applicable.
