Speakers for the sessions will include Mike Martin, Ed Hall, and Helen Wilson.

The BSAVA will hold monthly interactive 'Diagnostic Rounds'.

From September 2021, the BSAVA will deliver monthly CPD sessions which are case-based and interactive, and these will be free to BSAVA members.

BSAVA members have been particularly interested in diagnostic imaging as a topic, and as such, the CPD will take the form of 'Diagnostic Rounds' – with 90 minutes of interactive interpretation of diagnostic images and test results. 

Delivered by veterinary specialists in the areas of diagnostic imaging, medicine, cardiology, and clinical pathology, the sessions will predominantly centre around diagnostic imaging, although some sessions will also focus on ECG interpretation, endoscopy, and clinical pathology. 

“We are really excited to be launching Diagnostic Rounds and have a great line up of speakers and topics for the next twelve months,” said Lucie Goodwin, head of education at BSAVA. 

“As interpretation skills are relevant to daily veterinary practice, Diagnostic Rounds will be relevant to all small animal vets with something for everyone, regardless of career stage.”
