Three new members elected onto BVNA Council.
The successful candidates of the 2021 BVNA Council Elections have been revealed.
BVNA Council comprises three student members and up to fifteen full council members. This year, a total of 210 BVNA members out of 5,500 submitted their votes electronically.
BVNA members Albert Holgate, Kim Rathbone and Rebecca Winter were selected out of six nominations to stand for full Council Membership.
They will be joined by Jade Brindley and Macauly Gatenby, who were selected out of the four nominations received for Student Membership.
A BVNA spokesperson said: “The last 12 months have been very challenging for everyone, but we are pleased that BVNA Council is going from strength to strength.
"We would like to thank all of the 210 members for taking the time to vote, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming our newly elected council members and continue to build our reputation as the Voice of Veterinary Nursing.”
