VetPlus advert highlights IVC product dispute
Product range ‘no longer available from IVC practices’, VetPlus says  

Nutraceutical company VetPlus is making practices and pet owners aware that their products will no longer be available from practices that are owned by Independent Vetcare (IVC).

An advertisement has been placed in national and veterinary newspapers, as well as consumer magazines and dog periodicals.

VetPlus founder David Haythornthwaite recently told The Times that his entire range of products has been ‘blackballed’ by IVC in favour of its ‘own-brand’ range.

IVC responded by saying VetPlus products have never been on its preferred buying list and that it is “perfectly normal for companies to choose suppliers with whom to do business”.
