CX Congress is the only national CPD event for veterinary customer care professionals.
CX Congress provides CPD for veterinary receptionists

The UK's only CPD event for customer care professionals is set to return for a second year. The CX Congress is run by the Cxclub, which endeavours to put customer service at the heart of veterinary practice.

Last year, the event saw veterinary receptionists gathered together for their first dedicated congress on improving client care.

Topics covered included the use of technology to enhance customer experience, coping with the last consult and improving client care for blind and partially sighted people.

The next event in June will have a 'how to' theme, with six interactive sessions focusing on a different aspect of customer care. Carolyn Crowe will explore the different personality types of clients, while Yolande Jansen will discuss the crucial role of body language in communication.

Tickets are selling out fast for the congress, which will take place at the same place and time as last year, at East Midlands Airport on 25 June, 2016.
