Made in Chelsea's Cheska Hull threw a tea party for her Battersea dog Evie.
Animal lovers urged to pick a side and party like a dog or cat for charity
Battersea Dogs & Cats Home is launching its first ever tea party this month and is inviting pet owners everywhere to combine their passion for animals with their love of cakes and raise money for the charity.
The tea parties will take place around the country on Friday, October 24 and the money raised from cake sales and donations will go towards helping thousands of dogs and cats and dogs who arrive into Battersea's care every year.
Earlier this month, Made in Chelsea's Cheska Hull threw a tea party for her Battersea dog Evie - a Pomeranian she rescued in 2012.
Speaking about her support for the charity, Cheska said: "I'm forever grateful to Battersea for giving me Evie. I can't imagine life without her. There are so many dogs and cats that need a loving home and I am thrilled to host a Tea Party in support of Battersea's animals. The tea parties are not only a fun way to get your friends together, they will also make a real difference to the dogs and cats awaiting new homes."
Battersea is giving it's animal loving hosts the option to party like their pet with two tea party themes: Dog lovers can feast on the 'Ruff 'n' ready' tea party, while cat lovers can choose the more refined 'Purr-fect' tea party.
