Funding available for PM qualification
Enrol by end December to benefit

COURSE provider UMD Professional has announced that part-funding is available for its fast-track management qualification course for veterinary practice managers. This will be available until the end of this year.

The course leads to the nationally recognised ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
The six-month course starts in London in January, and provides a combination of six intensive full day workshops, monthly webinars and guided home study supported by a tutor.

The part-funding is available for applications received by December 31 and early application is advised to secure the funding.

Fiona Stuart-Wilson, director of UMD Professional, said: ‘This course has proved popular with veterinary practice managers wanting to consolidate their knowledge and gain a worthwhile management qualification. I am delighted we have been able to secure some funding towards the fees for the course in the new year.

"In addition, managers who successfully complete the ILM Level 5 Diploma course can build on their qualification with further part-time study with one of our partner universities to achieve a degree, and we are very pleased we are being instrumental in opening up this route to further qualifications for veterinary practice managers."
