Bridge Referrals is seeking an experienced Emergency and Out-of-Hours Clinician to lead the creation and running of its new Emergency and Out-of-Hours Service.
The service will operate as an independent part of the Bridge Referrals Group, as it expands into a new, adjacent building. You will build the service from the ground up within a dynamic, forward-thinking and sustainable organisation.
You will also be responsible for driving recruitment, organising and managing service operations, procuring necessary equipment and establishing relationships with new member practices in the region. You will need to exercise a high level of independence and responsibility in decision-making, supported by an experienced management and referral team.

You will be joining a team of experienced clinicians across internal medicine, oncology, soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, cardiology, and ophthalmology, all working closely to ensure smooth case management.
