Veterinary Surgeon — Tamworth, Staffordshire/Swadlincote, Derbyshire

Looking at the independent side? Come and try Bright Side!

Been in the job for more than a year, and thinking about your next step? What might we be able to offer that you currently don’t have…

Firstly, we are an independent practice, so as managers of the business we are available! Working in the business, we are on hand to support you and listen to your ideas and thoughts on how we can make the practice great for our patients, our crew and our clients. Monthly 1-2-1s with your team leader means you have direct input in your progression and our business progression too.

Our amazing team has a wealth of skills and knowledge that enables us to see a diverse, interesting and challenging caseload. We want you to grow, so whether you stay as a GP or want to focus in on a specific area, we can help.

We have two sites offering first opinion and referral services in multiple disciplines, one in Tamworth and one in Swadlincote, with all the kit and toys to help you do the job the best you can.

We are all different and we know everyone has a set of circumstances that mean they might not fit a standardised idea for a vet. So, we pride ourselves on being flexible. Let us know what you need and we can have a conversation about package, hours, rotas etc – for a person that could become a “Bright Sider”, those should not be a barrier.

The position would suit someone with at least 12 months under their belt, but we are less worried about you being the finished article as we know we can help you develop. It’s more about having the Bright attitude to be part of our crew.

It’s not all about work…we do like to be social and partake in lots of outside work events too.

Want to know what that looks like? Why don’t you join us for a coffee and cake? Tell us what you are looking for, as we want to know if we can create a ‘win-win’ situation for us all! In the meantime, check us out on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and our website (https://www.brightsidevets.com/jobs/veterinary-surgeon/).

Hope to hear from you soon.
