VMD issues alert for Intramammary Suspension for Cattle
The Veterinary Medicines Directorate has issued a product recall alert for Cefshot DC 250mg Intramammary Suspension for Cattle manufactured by Zoetis UK Ltd.
According to the VMD, Zoetis has identified that there is a small possibility that some syringes have not been correctly sterilised. As such, the following batches are being recalled from the market with immediate effect:

Veterinary surgeons and wholesale dealers will be contacted by Zoetis UK to arrange return of the affected batches.
