Manufacturer concerned bottles may not be airtight

A bottle of veterinary anaesthetic has been recalled by the the French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Safety (ANSES) over concerns that it might not be airtight.

The recall applies to 250ml bottles of Vetflurane liquid and affects batch number 5NDL.

The bottles have a production date of 03/01/16 which expire on 03/12/17.

The VMD say that resealed bottles may not be airtight because of a defect with the metal cap thread.
