Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon – Horsebridge, East Sussex


We are seeking a permanent or part-time veterinary surgeon to join our team at Horsebridge Veterinary Practice. We are also looking for a locum veterinary surgeon.

A small animal and exotic practice, we offer first opinion services with referral endoscopy/laparoscopy facilities, including flexible and rigid scopes. Our other facilities include an AI Imagyst system, K-Laser therapies, TheraPlate, CryoPen, and a Burgess diagnostic MRI and CT mobile unit.The roles are ideal if you’re looking to expand your skills in medical/surgical cases and assist with the practice’s increasing exotics workload from clients, including private collections and a small zoo.

The practice is situated within driving distance of Brighton and major towns, such as Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne.

CPD support up to certificate level.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

  • Cold-water dip to raise funds for Vetlife
    Blog SpotThe veterinary mental health charity Vetlife is inviting the veterinary community to join it for a sponsored cold-water dip.

    The event will take place at Walpole Bay, Margate, on 17 May during Mental Health Awareness Week. Participants of all abilities can join in the challenge and are advised to bring a towel, a hot drink, a snack, and warm clothes to get changed into afterwards.

    Those taking part are being asked to try to raise £100 each to support the work of the charity.
